PhD Defense: Dinora Morales
Last Friday, 27th of February, Dinora Morales defended her PhD work entitled
"Clasificadores Bayesianos en la Selección Embrionaria en Tratamientos de Reproducción Asistida" (Bayesian Classifiers for Embryo Selection in Assisted Reproduction Treatments).
The composition of the tribunal that evaluated her work was Proff. Victor Maojo and Dr. Concha Bielza, from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Dr. Andrés Terrasa from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and Proff. Jose A. Lozano and Dr. Iñaki Inza from the University of the Basque Country.
After a nice presentation of the work and a hard round of questions the tribunal awarded Dinora with the highest mark, sobresaliente cum laude. Therefore, we cannot but congratulate our new Doctor and her two advisers, Proff. Pedro Larrañaga and Dr. Endika Bengoetxea. ZORIONAK!!.
