I intend to put here information an instructions about miscelaneous GNU/Linux subjects, specially making modern gadgets work under it. My goal is to make it less painful for the reader to make things work. People think using GNU/Linux is difficult, but it is only so in the absence of proper tutorials.

There are some other Operative Systems where everything works out of the box. Or pretends it works out of the box, until it hangs up. The only reason why they don't under GNU/Linux is that the manufacturers of the gadgets are paid to make the drivers for that OS, and hide the necessary info so that developers of other OSs can't even produce their own drivers.

That said, it is only information that separates a robust, modern, capable, robust, free, and... did I mention "robust"?, OS like GNU/Linux from the masses. I hope that this pages are my modest contribution to spreading such information.

And, yes, three paragraphs of propaganda and self-righteousness fill my ego. Got a problem?, sue me :^)
