The S.E.E.C. is a scientific and cultural association dedicated to the  study and the exchange of ideas and experiences about Comparative Education and International Education . The goals of the S.E.E.C, as it is stated in its Statutes are to:

a)       Promote scientific studies and research on comparative and international education.

b)      Establish links and scientific collaboration with those who either individually or collectively develop this educational specialization in Spain.

c)       Foster and facilitate the scientific exchange and networking of its members with foreign experts, associations and specialist institutions.

d)      Participate in research projects and cultural events promoted by national and international organizations and associations in the field of comparative and international education.
