The general framework is the investigation of the structure
and dynamics of glass-forming systems and polymers of increasing complexity
(homopolymers, polymer blends, solutions, nano-composites, nano-structured
systems, polymeric nano-particles, etc). The methodology employed is based on
the application of (neutron, X-ray and light) scattering techniques, and its
combination with other experimental methods (dielectric spectroscopy, rheology,
etc) as well as with molecular dynamics simulations in collaboration with other
members of the Polymers and Soft Matter Group at the CFM.
