High-Frequency Dielectric Spectrometer
             This spectrometer allow to extend the frequency range, from 1MHz to 3 GHz, maintaining both, a broad temperature range and a relatively high accuracy.

Temperature Control: Nitrogen-jet stream Quatro Cryosystem by Novocontrol

  • Temperature range: 100 - 600 K

  • Temperature stability better than ± 0.01 K


Samples: Solids (typically a film) and Liquids

  • A parallel plate capacitor of about 5 mm diameter and 0.1 mm thickness is formed with the sample by using two gold-plated electrodes. The so prepared capacitor is located inside the RF cell situated at the end of the RF extension line
