High-Frequency Dielectric Spectrometer
             This spectrometer allow to extend the frequency range, from 1MHz to ~2 GHz, maintaining both, a broad temperature range and a relatively high accuracy.

Samples: Solids (typically a film) and Liquids

  • A parallel plate capacitor of about 5 mm diameter and 0.1 mm thickness is formed with the sample by using two gold-plated electrodes. The so prepared capacitor is located inside the RF cell situated at the end of the RF extension line
