Written in February 2004 by Mr Iñaki Uria, editor of "Euskaldunon Egunkaria", the daily newspaper closed down by the Spanish authorities on February 20th, 2003. Uria was released on August 3rd, 2004 (almost one year and a half later), after giving security for a bail of 450,000 euros.
